Confession of a lover
Love is beautiful… it is mystical… well.. I don’t deny this fact.. but on contrary.. it is equally challenging and this makes love grow each day.No two person can be alike… and so they quarrel. The enmity between two lovers cannot exceed their love. How much they hate each other at times.. how much they say “ I hate your habits…”they falter back to the same person.
The feeling being is love.. is amazing…. What makes it more special is your lover. No doubt we all get love from our parents and siblings.. but no can dilute this love. His love is special.. every time you are happy.. every time you sad…or you angry.. you frustrated… you resort back to the same person..he will be always their… how much “bakwass “ you speak. He is they to tolerate, he patentially listens to you.. solves your queries. He is equally low when you feel low.. he is jolly when you jolly. His arms and shoulders are open to take your grief and pain. His love is all that makes her smile.
It sounds strange right??.. one needs to fall in love to feel this magical creation of God…..I am blessed an I am lucky.I express my love frequently.. but today I confess that yes.. he is the one without whom my life is meaningless.

Review:Peepli Live!
The film takes an overt turn, farmers’ problem is left in the background and the movie goes to execute how Indian media can go to any extent for their TRP’s. Media to publicize their channels overcrowds near peepli village and captures the misery of Nathu. In the movie, the media was least concerned with genuine problem of Nathu, but more concerned with publicity. Nothing fictious was being portrayed but for me the genre was confused. The movie had no message for the mass. Infact it executed what we common people see and hear in our everyday like- the corrupt government official, misery of farmers, and hyped media.
The movie did not appeal to me. I guess I am too critical about the movie, but all was not that bad. The cinematography was brilliant, the way Nathu and his brother Bhudia was portrayed reflected the reality about our farmers. The style, village scenario , the politician and the news reporters were all aptly characterized , I could easily relocate what I see in my everyday life. So till now we all need to wait for the new Aamir upcoming movies.

Review: Aisha
Though the character of Sonam Kapoor belongs from an elite class, but her attitude, interest, likings are like many other girls. She is a women kind. She loves to shop, get the latest designer shoes and grab all branded bags and clutches. Her character was adorable, she loved helping her friends out, match making for them and she tried level best to be sweet and patient with them. Aisha’s character had some spark that almost every girl could relate with. It gives me a chance to point out the reason why many males dint like it. Well, at the same time Aisha was arrogant and snobbish in a subtle way.
It was the basic theme on which the movie revolved, but I would say the character of Arjun, played by Abhay Deol was equally important and prominent as Aisha. Aisha bloomed out as Arjun made her realize the importance of life. She was aimless and confounded her self in unfortunate matchmaking. She was never aware of her “other “side i.e. her talented and emotional side. Arjun made her character more strong and demanding. But, I could not understand why boys could not connect with the movie. Men in reality do help women to be strong and to be more serious in life. Well, each and every character was given equal time and space.
Though the movie was based on a cliché Bollywood theme. The heroine is aimless, impatient and the male hero as a business tycoon, serious, rich eligible bachelor and a perfect match for the protagonist. The heroine undergoes a change as love changes her and makes her realize how the hero has always loved and supported her. Yet, the movie had its own charm, no where in the movie the character of Aarjun was suppressed by Aisha.I guess it is a time for the audience to accept movie based on women protagonist.

THE ROAD TO COMMON WEALTH TO COMMON MAN
Indians are all excited to host such an event but is the capital ready?? Just few months left from the game but what is the reality like. In Delhi the situation is different. As the expectation is being elevated Delhi can feel the pressure of it. The venue is decided but the stadium is yet to be completed. Guests are invited but communication is yet to be regulated .Workers are requited but yet the metro track is not positioned.
Since many months the work process has gone slow and steady but recently the speed has been geared up as the game is not far. Infrastructures are being renewed, roads are being constructed, and the city is just being dressed like a bride.
Well the things are not that smooth. Being a delhite I can see as well as feel it. Everything is in turmoil. As to meet out the budget expenditure of the games, prices are blazing and common men have to take up its burden. Somewhere I feel there is a disjuncture, a misbalance.
The dream of globalization, economic development cannot be at the cost of the people of India. Well again we must all feel proud of the positive path that India have taken since 1947. The game is mounting huge pressure on the economy and we common men are being affected.
Well we all need to wait for the GAMES and wait to see INDIA being praised at the global level .

Giver can be the taker
Clouds anguish, roaring with hatred
Making complaint to rain God…..
Human have become so insensate and destructive….
They have no power to rebel…. Their capacity diminishes.
As each day human are forgetting about their future, their existence, they are moving towards their death.
Rain god is quite, sighs to rethink that human were never so indiscriminate
Other beautiful creations of god are suffering….
He grieves and laments…he has no answer to those thousand moan made to him..
Clouds are unable to hold back those droplets, but human makes them more adamant.
These lines are dedicated to the blue ocean above our head dotted with fluffy pearl like clouds that makes me gaze at them with admiration. Unfortunately we human don’t realize its importance and we continue with ruthless destruction of nature
It is important to understand that if we go ahead of God’s creation, the creator, can to withhold its creation as the Giver can be the Taker also.

Save Tigers
I know it does inform the public that our national animal is in danger and will soon extinct but beside that what does banner like this convey.
I bet all of us are aware of this tragic condition about tigers but at the same time I am sure that many of us are least bothered about it, thinking that Tigers besides being mere animal just does not affect our busy schedule in any form. How many of us know that it would affect badly our ecological balance.
Indirectly we are digging out own graves.. and soon mankind itself would perish. I am also aware of the fact that we mere public actually cant help this situation in any way but , we must take advantage of the fact that in our country where sovereign power lies in our hand.
India has one of the best wildlife conservation acts, amended last on 2006… but hardly any one of them are implemented properly with the act of certainty . The main cause of such deplorable condition of our tiger are lack wildlife management. Poachers convicted are to be served for minimum 7 years.. but it hardly happens.. they are very easily left of and soon they get back poaching those lustrous tigers and tigres. It is sad to see that despite few tigers left no active action are being taken and loop holes still prevails in the administrative system. All we can do is to enforce out government to act soon before it is too late.
Floored in Bangalore
Yes coming from a city like Delhi, the tall greens trees are a big respite to eyes over tired by tall buildings everywhere. Though builders too are on the way to make their money and new buildings are taking their way out, but I must admit Bangalore still epitomises a symbol of traditional India as well as a city modernizing.
I was taking a back to find colonial legacy still prevailing. I was lured by the red brick monuments, old arcade, cloisters and old European day’s churches.
I enjoyed every bit of my stay in Bangalore. What a lovely city it is and walking down its lanes, I could actually find it extremely different from the city of Delhi. No doubt both the city have number of gardens but I was awed how well maintained and secured the park were and any one can just stroll in without thinking twice.Every inner lane was connected to the main street, and any visitor could find its way back without much difficulty.
The transportation are well connected with airconditioned buses, easy cabs are available within few seconds of a call and auto rickshaws are found throughout and they run on meter system unlike Delhi. I was amazed to find food joints at every nook and corner of the city.. though I usually don’t like the sour tinge in my food but still finding variety of food joints from North Indian food joints to Chinese I had no problem eating the kind of food which I prefer.
I was overwhelmed by the entire city… though the city is a fast growing metropolis but far from that rush and speed I could find peace and tranquility in that city and this adds to another reason for me liking the city so much that I wish to visit it soon.

Dialling your Love Quotient!
Swati and Ajay met during the Delhi university fest.. introduced through a common friend , became friends and shared their cell number. Ajay studying mechanical engineering from Punjab university soon realized that Swati was the girl whom he love, the feeling was mutual, Swati too loved ajay like crazy. Soon their love blossomed like a beautiful flower, but the only thing that was a problem, was that , both were outstation students, ajay was in Punjab and Swati in Delhi, though Punjab is just an overnight journey from Delhi.
It was almost impossible for them to meet and express their love just like other lovers. Though they hardly met they found the best way to express their feeling for one other. Yes it is the cell phone. The shared each and every lovely moments together over the phone. Though they could hardly see each other but they knew what the other is doing, physically being apart but still they new each others feeling so well.
Both knew what the other is doing or thinking. The love was so true and genuine, and they made it alive by talking to each other over their cell phone..what could be so important in their life other than the cell phone. It actually helped them to fall in love over and over again.
Do we realize that in any relationship cell phone plays a major role. In spit of love for each other cel phone is the best medium to express one’s love any time any moment. With out us realizing its importance we tend to complain abut it. Cell phone is the medium that keeps the love between any two person alive and we need to give big thank you for its discovery.

Defining Beauty!
Namrata was extremely talented girl in my class. Very bubbly very charming, and of course, very beautiful. Long black hair, hazel eyes, a bit dusky complexion , she was like an idol. The only thing, that bothered her was in her words “ that she was fat”. It was a big issue for her. She hated the fact that she was fat, she wanted desperately to be slim. She thought it was fashion , the so called trend. She had a feeling that she was getting unpopular among her friend, she was unattractive.
What is the definition of fashion? Does everyone desire to have a zero size??? Day by day she started getting depressed, she hated to mingle and spend time with her friends. In a few days we have realized a change in her. She was getting weaker, her beautiful sparkling eyes turned horrible, they were hollow, and scary to look into. The nerves were getting visible. She started to look much older . We friend could never imagine that she was getting anerozic. A pale and gloomy look empowered her.. she was not the girl whom we had known. Just to look attractive and beautiful, she ruined her life. She stopped eating any sort of food and if she was forced to eat then she made it her point to puke it out. She starved herself to dead.
Does a girl look beautiful only if she is slim and has a good figure.. is it the definition of beautiful?? Just to look attractive before few men she starved herself to dead. Was it justified?? Is it a common phenomenon?? Are we actually blind to the real beauty which a women posses. Namrata could never realize the fact that she was basically hurting her self. So it is important for one to realize that beauty is not all about to be slim and trim it is about the human, the person you are, and everyone is beautiful in this world . I think it is wrong to categories anyone and as the saying goes “beauty lies in the eye of the be holder”

A Lonely Girl in a City!!!
Well Esha’s dream was to enjoy her college life to the fullest. Her first challenge was to find a good pg where at least she could stay securely and make many friends in this new city. She gets hrself into a pg where her roommates drink and smoke, she was awed by the new life ,the new culture which she was never aware of. But this was just a trivial issue, her biggest challenge was to get back her advance rent which she had paid it to her landlady.
It was not that easy.. very few people know that these house owners act extra sweet but once anyone leaves that pg they are cunning and shrewd. She failed to get her deposit money back.. being new to delhi and not really wanting to bother her parents she finds it really difficult to cope up .She had no place to live, a complete stranger to the city, but being an extremely bold girl takes the help of one of her college friend. She asks Risahabh to help her out. She gets her cash back but not the full amount. With that amount she had to get herself a pg. Finally she gets into another pg.
A new challenge comes her way, she gets a dingy and durty room in the terrace floor beside that she was asked to get her food from outside. Paying monthly such a hefty amount just for lodging was not possible for any outstation student. She was dishearten, but still she decided to manage her food from her college canteen , but it was nothing of what she used to eat back in her home. The food was so spicy that she could not even eat it.
Her life was different from what she thought it to be. It was not something full of fun and frolic. She decided not to be effected by these small hurdles, she consoled herself telling that” more worse happens to people , this is just nothing”. But she failed to realize that unconsciously it mentally affected her.. she was tired, she even failed to realize when she got jaundice and her parent had to come up to Delhi to take her to a doctor
Is this situation faced by many students?? Is it a common issue??? She did take the challenges positively but at the last moment she could not take it anymore.. physically it was tormenting.

On a Journey!
A demure, coy, diffident gal like me whom people say is the most unexpressive girl has finally planned to write a blog.. She finds a medium to express her self..Will she be able to express and show her different side??
Well let me introduce myself… this is MOU.. a very common name which I am sure many of you have heard it… a name with many dreams are associated with. Well presently I am studying in Lady Sri Ram College Delhi…
Life has been of different when I was back in Shillong my home town. Not only I was an introvert girl but I hated any sort of interaction , but now life is exactly opposite. Not only I like interacting with people, but I guess I have realized that it is very important for one to make friends and happily mingle with people around. So I am here all nervous and full of apprehension as I m going to publish my first writing…hope that in the coming writing I blossom like a beautiful flower.
